She smiled and even laughed softly at the womans excitement. "Perfect. I will contact Erick about that reference. Let me know when everything is ready and I will come and sign everything and will have Erick I need." She was a bit nervous about placing her roots down but it was exciting too. She also like the idea of getting to speak to Erick again.

Texting the landlord to remove the listing. She stuck a reserved sign in the front window so no other agent would promise it.
She grinned" ok gimme two days to contacts and get it all together meet me back here say noon then we can go to celebration lunch my treat"

She watched as she set everything up with the sign and she smiled. She then nodded to the woman when she heard her.
"Okay. Sounds good. I will meet you back here in two days at noon. Thank you so much."
She extended her hand to her for a handshake.

Grinned taking her hand shaking it without a hint of hesitation. Then walking her out and waving before heading to her next person early as it had worked out well.
