Renata was a busy woman but when the ursus asked a favor she couldn't say no. She was dating a bear after all and had met the man at a party they had thrown when he brought the most stunning flowers.

Having asked him to help her with bouquets to stage her showings with that she belived had helped her close more often, it was win win.

So she would await the young lady sent her way and try to find her something reasonable but chic. The middle aged plump but pretty human had very grecian features, olive skinned dark hair pulled back. Generous lips but an almost to sharp nose.

Her pantsuit was deep eggplant and well tailored. A winter jacket over it all.

Jessie was a bit nervous about looking for apartments. It made her move back to the city real. Once she put money on a place and set her roots she knew she wasn't going to be leaving. She was so grateful to have met Erick. He was so much of a help. Considering he did all of this after only knowing her for about an hour only made her see how great of a man he truly was.

She made her way to the meeting point with a smile on her lips. She was dressed casual but still classy in a pair of tight black pants, black cami top and a blue button down over it that was tied at the stomach. It was New York and it was cold so she wore a black leather quarter length jacket with a faux-fur rimmed hood. She looked to the woman, assuming it was whom she was meant to meet and she smiled and extended her hand.

"Renata? Nice to meet you. I am Yesenia."

Grinning "yes Renata pleasure to meet you. I got some basics but really want to find out what your needs and wants are"

Knowing she would get who he was. The pages in her hands were broken up by emmenities and price so that if they crossed a pace off it would narrow it down.

She smiled and shook her hand, looking the woman over to admire her look. She was always polite in that manner. She smiled once more when she mentioned ...him... and released her hand.

She nodded her head softly. "Yes. I am by myself and I dont need much space. I have a good chunk of money saved so I can afford a nicer apartment but nothing to expensive either. A studio would do, although I would prefer a one bedroom if possible."

She smiled " one bed is doable with out breaking the bank especially here where there are repurposed places everywhere"

The first place was used to be a Italian speciality store. Importing meat, products and cheese from the old country. It had closed when the owners kids had decided to not keep it after the parents passed.

A developer swooped in and made it into a two apartment building with a shared sitting room lobby space.

She smiled and nodded softly. "Perfect."

She walked with her and listened to her questions. She took a moment in thought. She could cook and did cook often but she was used to cooking anywhere, but the idea of company in a shower or bath with her flashed in her head and she smirked at the person she saw in that position. She laughed softly to her thoughts as she spoke. "Definitely bath."

Renata grinned she picked bath to a good soak was worth its weight in gold. As the went to the door she wrinkled her nose it had an odd smell like musty that didnt bode well but she'd give it a chance. Sometimes listings lied to her.

If so they would get and ear full she didn't like to look bad." Shall we go in?"

It really was. While she loved a big kitchen, she had lived in some shitty apartments in her time and small kitchens were a given. But nothing beat a nice long bath. She took in the smell and her nose twitched. Being what she was the scent caught her instantly. It didn't make her leave though. There are ways to get rid of scents and as stated, she had lived in some shit holes.

She nodded to her with a smile. "Lead the way."

As she went in her earlier trepidation was not abated. The kitchenette was out dated the windows needed cleaned. The floors needed a polycoat.

She groaned and shook her head not even wanting to go further." Give me a moment please if you still wish liok around but i am not happy"

Taking out her phone and hit a number foot tapping " Giovanni its Renata...no what exsactly are you trying to pull this place is not worth what your asking for it and I don't like lies. Mhmm mhmmm"

She crossed her arms as he stammered and made excuses none of which she belived.

She followed the woman into the place and looked around. Her own green hues took in everything and she scrunched her nose a bit. She had lived in a place similar but she was trying to start over. She nodded to the woman but she bare took a few more steps before she quietly leaned against the wall while she listened to her on her call, a soft smirk on her lips. She like the womans attitude. That was for sure.

Hanging up she muttered something rude in Lebanese and gave her an apologetic look" he's normally better than this but calmed he hasn't been by for a while. They offered to reno it but I don't want you to have to wait when I've got other listings"

She lead them out and a few blocks over and one back closer to the train station. This was what had been a bridal boutique similar to the tailors story as to why it hadn't stayed open.

This one had a studio on one floor the bottom was a one bedroom. Carpeted floors in a sandy beige except in the full bath and kitchen. It was well redone and the windows in the front now were living room windows.

It hadn't had more than one tenant since the redo and they had left state for some reason or another so it was on the market." They added thicker windows since the single panes would be to easy to smash."

The once windowed door had been swapped for metal and there was a short hall before the apartment door and the steps leading up to the studio.

She nodded to her. "Things like that happen. Its not a bad place, I have seen much worse, but I would like to look at another."

She stood with her as they moved on to the next place. She looked at the building as they walked toward it and she nodded softly. Moving inside with her, she looked around with a smile. This place was much better and she liked the idea of the windows and metal door.

"Now this place I like. How much?" She would wait for the renovations on the other but she was really hating the hotel and she didn't have anywhere else to stay.

She flipped through the pages, looking" um thirteen hundred heat and hot water included but the rest will be up to you like electric and phone"

She looked through again" also they don't do credit check but refrences and proof of job are required which I'm sure that you won't have issue with first months and a partial security due before move in. Luckily the landlord accepts credit cards pay pal most forms of pay"

She showed her the bedroom which was cvonverted storage so had no natural light. Vampire friendly it seemed.

She listened to her as she explained everything and she nodded. "I have one or two people that might do the reference for me." She had to hope Erick would and if they needed another, her boss. The price was actually pretty good considering its location. She followed her into the bedroom and noticed the lack of light. She realized a vampire probably lived there before her but she didn't mind the lack of light. She liked candles anyway.

Hearing the forms of payment they accepted she nodded softly. She didn't so much as have a bank account yet so it would be cash until she got that set up.

"Okay. I'll take it. No need to keep looking around to much. I'm not a picky person and this place is nice and the right price. So, what's next?"
