She smiled to him once more and took the card that was given. A nod of her head to his words and down the stairs she went.

She slipped straight behind the bar, not noticing who was sitting their just yet. The car in hand she looked it over curiously before shrugging and putting it in her purse. She then put her purse under the bar and prepared herself for work. That was when she spotted Erick and that bright smile formed on her lips.

"Hello. Welcome to Fraunces Tavern. What can I get you sweetheart?" She winked to him with a playful smile on her lips.

Laying the coat down next to him and drumming his fingers lightly. It was weird to be here when it was busier." So who did ye end up talkin to?"

She smiled to him and nodded before she turned to look at the shelves and see what the bar carried. She was used to working in dive bars and such and she didn't want to serve him some ghetto drink. At the same time she wanted to make something she knew she made well, so she opted for her favorite drink. She grabbed the bottle of Sky vodka, Triple Sec and cocktail glass. She dropped two cubes of ice in it before filling the glass with one third vodka, one third triple sec and then added a third of lime juice. She took a lime slice and put it on the edge of the glass and slid him the Kamikaze with a smile. "Here you go."

She smiled to him before she thought on the mans name a second. "A man named Eliachem?" She had a feeling she possibly butchered the mans name. It was very unique.

He sniffed the drink not in a suspcous way more a getting familar with whats in it way takig a sip he choked at her words" ye met who?"

She watched him closely, hoping he liked the drink. She smirked when he sniffed it, taking no offense. She did the same but for other reasons. When he choked her eyes widened. Shit! Did she fuck up the drink? When she heard his question she realized it was her answer that made him choke.

"Eliachem something... I don't think he gave me his last name."


She arched a brow but smirked softly. He wasn't the smoothest of men, but his looks made up for it. "Not a problem."

She saw him lean in and she did the same to listen. His words made her eyes widen and she looked to his. "Oooh wow. That's who I met? I had no idea. He seemed nice.. mostly." She smiled and shrugged softly. She then held up a finger to him as she quickly moved to take care of a few more customers, mixing drinks with ease and that smile always on her lips. When she knew everyone was taken care of, she made her way back to him.

He wasn't trying to color her idea if tgijbgs but it had just caught him off gaurd. Sipping slower now he tasted it. Lemony and bright he nodded.

When she returned" so a nyway we solved yer..job thing want help with a place then?"

He again knew people and could get her pointed to a few moderate priced places. Nothing central park west but no holey walls or slum lords either.

She smiled when he seemed to like the drink as she returned and saw him nod. She smiled to him when he spoke.

"You can help me with that as well? I am really lucky I met you then, ain't I? I would actually love the help. I hate staying at that hotel. It's nasty."

She scrunched her nose when she spoke those words before she smiled.

Having wrapped up his needed business he was preparing to depart when the Ursus happened to appear. He smirked to himself as the pheromones made the surface interest between them apparent. Making his way silently to Ericks side he nodded his greeting even as he said, "It's good to see Lord of the sleuth. Perhaps something near New York Ulfric would do the trick? We remember last happenings when wolves got up to their own devices."

She didn't make many assumptions when it came to florists. In truth, she didn't think about it much. She had seen more flowers given as apologies then anything else in her life. She was sure you met a lot of people in that situation.

She smiled to him and canted her head, winking to his words. "That Irish luck will get ya."

She watched as he looked through his phone with a curious brow before both raised in thought to his question. "Well, since I think I got the job here, I would say somewhere close by." She didn't know much about the areas as far as far as her being a wolf playing a part in where she should live. Hopefully it did not.

She saw the movement by Erick's side and she smiled and nodded her head to the man before moving to make sure everyone at the bar had their drinks nice and refreshed, not wanting to intrude on any conversation. She would return after making a round of the bar.

After she made her rounds with everyone at the bar she moved back to where she was, across from Erick and now Eli. She smiled and arched a curious brow. Were they talking about her. She caught the last of Erick's words and she canted her head. "You got me an appointment? Now I owe you two fold."

Eliachem nodded his greeting sidestepping the humility in Erick. As the most respected bear the title was a foregone conclusion. Sadly New York was unlike mos other cities where the local Sleuth took after the other clans. Here they took up residence all over and lived predominantly sedentary singular lives. One wouldn't know there was a Sleuth if they didn't know what to look for. It was only one of many ways New York was different namely that until recent times with the advent of Asariel and the stepping up of Samuel there were also individual packs and Pride throughout each Borough.

He disliked the loss of Rakasha but time waits for no one. Even knowing that caveat he'd hoped she'd be around for quite a while ore. He was unsure if that was due his own personal predilections where she was involved or not but as it aligned with his plans for the city he didn't have to decide. Pushing those trivial thoughts out of his head he listened to the banter between the two nodding to himself.

"Well be that as it may Erick, She should meet he Ulfric of New York and we've a few things to discuss namely your potential position...Call me so we can make things official one way or the other." Turning with a nod and a smile he was gone melding into the growing crowd.

He was sure someone as well respected as Erick would have realized due the shake-ups of the earlier part of the year and his help with maintaining stability that he was in consideration as to being one of the Duchy. Masters of a borough leaders in every since of the word. Speaking not with his own inimitably earned respect but as a proxy for the Master of the city.

By turn it should have been a vampire considered for the role but Eli could think of none better suited than Erick. Well connected, stable, and most importantly forthright.

Jessie seriously was just a pup it seemed. She really knew nothing of the politics to her kind. She needed to have a serious talk with.. anyone... to teach her the ins and outs of how everything worked. She bit her lip to silence herself while Eli was talking to Erick, taking down the information Erick had given her so she could search for an apartment. Her eyes widened slightly and her brows arched in confusion. She had to meet who? This was all making her head spin. Her eyes watches as Eli left before falling back upon Erick.

"It would seem so, although, I did not understand a word he said." She laughed softly. "And who is Ulfric?" Of course it was a title but being as she didn't know such, she had no idea.
